What this site collects

When you submit a project brief, Chris Villa AI may collect the information you choose to provide: name, email address, company, phone number, project type, message, referrer, and campaign/UTM parameters. The form also includes basic anti-spam controls.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your request, reply with a practical next step, understand which services are relevant, and improve the site and intake process.

Analytics

This site uses self-hosted Umami analytics to understand page views and button interactions. Analytics are used for aggregate site improvement and do not require third-party advertising trackers.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, API keys, regulated data, protected health information, customer-identifying data, or confidential business records through the public form. If a project requires sensitive data, scope and handling requirements will be confirmed before implementation.

Retention

Project brief records are retained while evaluating or discussing the request and may be reviewed periodically for deletion when no longer useful. A practical default is to review stale lead records at least annually.

Sharing

Submitted information is not sold. It may be shared only when needed to operate the website, respond to your inquiry, or comply with legal obligations.

Requests

To request correction or deletion of a submitted brief, reply from the same email address used in the form and describe the request.
