Do I need to replace my current software?

Usually not. We first look for safe integration points around the tools your team already uses. Replacement only makes sense when the existing system is the bottleneck.

Can you use an open-source project I already found?

Yes. We assess its license, security, maintenance state, architecture, and fit before adapting it. A useful repository can shorten the path, but it still needs production hardening and workflow design.

Why does an agent need tuning after installation?

Every business has different terminology, data, permissions, edge cases, and tolerance for risk. Tool availability is not the same as reliable behavior. We tune the full harness against real cases, not just a generic benchmark.

Can the system stay on infrastructure I control?

Yes. Depending on model and connector requirements, the application, data, analytics, and portions of the agent stack can run on your own hardware or cloud account.

Can we switch AI providers later?

We favor provider-flexible architecture where practical, so cost, quality, privacy, and availability can be balanced without rebuilding the whole workflow.
