We learn how you talk
The panel uses your words — "orders," "the truck," "Friday payroll" — not ours. If a term confuses you in the walkthrough, we rename the button.
SIMPLICITY PROGRAM // NO JARGON ZONE
Powerful AI shouldn't require you to become a programmer. We build every system with a Switchboard: one screen, big labeled buttons, plain English. Green light means everything is fine. If something needs you, it says so — in words, not error codes.
Example panel — yours gets your buttons, your words, your workflows. Design after our GenPep Switchboard Control Center build.
HOW WE KEEP IT SIMPLE
The panel uses your words — "orders," "the truck," "Friday payroll" — not ours. If a term confuses you in the walkthrough, we rename the button.
Green means fine. Yellow means it handled something unusual and wants your OK. Red means it stopped and is waiting — with a plain sentence explaining why.
Money, customers, and anything you flag as sensitive always waits for your approval. The AI drafts; you decide. Undo exists wherever it's possible.
The GET A HUMAN button reaches Chris with your system status already attached. You never have to describe an error message over the phone.
You get one screen. Most owners use four buttons a week. That's the whole learning curve.
Every button explains itself before acting, risky actions ask twice, and nothing on the panel can silently break your business.
You own the system and it runs on infrastructure you control. Documentation is written for a human, and the panel works even if we're on vacation.
Great — they get the advanced view. You keep the simple one. Same system, two doors in.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Describe your business in plain English — no technical homework required. Within 24 hours you'll get back a sketch of your switchboard: the buttons, the lights, and what each one would do.
